SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At Bushmate Covers, we want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping within New Zealand.

Processing & Manufacturing Times
  • All Bushmate Covers are custom-made to order.

  • Manufacturing time is 30–40 working days unless the item is already in stock.

  • Once your order is received, it will be prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Within New Zealand
  • We ship nationwide across New Zealand.

  • Standard delivery times after dispatch: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Rural deliveries may take an additional 2–3 business days.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Free

  • Rural surcharges may apply.

Optional Fitment Service

If you’d like us to fit your covers for you, we offer an in-person fitment service for $200 NZD when you bring your vehicle to us.

International Shipping 

Currently, Bushmate Covers focuses on the New Zealand market. For overseas enquiries, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.

Delays & Disruptions
  • We do our best to meet all delivery times. However, please note that delays may occur due to manufacturing lead times, courier capacity, or unforeseen events (e.g., weather disruptions).

  • We will notify you immediately if there are any significant delays.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bushmate Covers, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our seat covers. Because each set is custom-made to order, our returns and exchanges policy is designed to be fair while reflecting the bespoke nature of our products.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product arrives faulty, damaged, or defective.

  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong size, model, or colour).

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our seat covers are custom-made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect information provided when ordering (e.g. wrong vehicle model/year)

  • General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse

Exchange Process

If your item qualifies for an exchange:

  1. Contact us at enquiries@bushmatecovers.co.nz within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A correction (e.g., if stitching/fit is wrong).

Note: Manufacturing and delivery times will still apply to replacement products.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • A replacement cannot be provided, or

  • The product is confirmed to be defective or unavailable.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval.

Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (faulty, incorrect, damaged product), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to incorrect details provided by the customer, return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
